God’s Precious One Consulting, LLC dba GPO Consulting, LLC is a limited liability corporation that has been helping non-profits, organizational leaders, community action agencies, and government agencies since December 2018. GPO Consulting, LLC is a **woman-owned, ***minority-owned, *micro business organized in the State of Maryland currently doing business from the State of Florida.

The owner, Chief Fiscal Consultant, Dr. Maryom McCloud is a native of Charleston, SC. She is a proven visionary and service-oriented leader whose professional philosophy of “Making a difference through service, one life at a time” is exhibited through her ministry, career, church, community, and home. She has a Doctor of Business of Administration (DBA) with an emphasis in Accounting from Walden University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Accounting from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. She is an advocate for family, education, communities, and the empowerment of individuals. She has served over twenty-four (24) years professionally as an organizational leadership development

coach; finance/grants management trainer; Character First trainer; human resources director; grants compliance officer and financial manager: developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing expertise and oversight in financial planning, forecasting, recording, reporting, and compliance; prison ministry religious services volunteer; juvenile justice volunteer and mentor; non-profit organizational developer; and delivering effective and efficient technical business consultation services. She currently serves as an adjunct instructor at State College of Florida (SCF) where she teaches accounting and business courses. She works for Lutheran Services Florida as a Director of Finance for their Head Start/Early Head Start programs in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties in Florida.

Micro Business

“Micro business” means a business that has no more than twenty-five (25) employees AND no more than $3 million in average annual revenue over the prior three-year period.

Women-Owned Business

a business that is at least 51% owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, or in the case of a corporation, partnership or limited company or other entity, at least 51% of the equity ownership interest is owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens.

Minority-Owned Business

is a business that is at least 51% owned by one or more minority individuals or in the case of a corporation, partnership or limited liability company, or other entity, at least 51% of the equity ownership interest in the corporation, partnership or limited company or other entity is owned by one or more minority individuals and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more minority individuals. Such individuals shall include Asian American, African American, Hispanic American, Native American, Eskimo, or Aleut.
